The Travel Industry Compensation fund protects consumers who book through an Ontario registered travel agency and who do not receive their travel services as a result of the failure of an Ontario registered travel agency, an Ontario registered travel wholesaler or a supplier airline and cruise lines.

The end of a travel supplier could cause a lot of uncertainty. To help you get through it, we'll work on your behalf to find alternative flight arrangements to get you home safe and sound. We'll also liaise with TD Visa and travel industry governing organizations to ensure you receive any refunds that may be applicable.

If the threat of a hurricane makes traveling to your destination unsafe, we'll help you make alternative travel arrangements.
The level of threat a hurricane poses is determined by the tour operator or the airline. If they determine the threat as too great, they will advise TD Travel Rewards of any scheduled changes.
